Krill "Shaomai"
- Chinese-style Steamed Dumplings
Well-drained krill is first finely minced and mixed with a small amount
of minced pork, minced bamboo shoots, and shitake mushrooms. Eggs, potato
starch, sesame seed oil and spices are added and mixed well. This filling
is wrapped with "Shaomai" skins and steamed for 7 to 8 minutes.
