At Conspac Enterprises Ltd. we work with a number of krill fisheries to bring you a wide range of products. Please note the following concerning our krill products:

Products with * currently have no government issued Health Certificate.

We sell by the container load, 20 to 25 MT per 40 ft container.

We can sell by 20 ft container load, but these containers are harder to obtain.

Fishing for Antarctic Krill is from February to August. West Coast of Canada Pacifica fishing is November and December. Japanese Pacifica is February through April.
Krill Meat Pellet

De‐shelled krill meat in extruded pellets form, for easy handling, hygienizing and conservation purposes.

Packed and sealed in modified atmosphere human food grade ingredient certified Gumbo big bags, 1250kg.

Source of Protein, Fat and Astaxanthin, rich in marine phospholipids and Omega 3 fatty acids.

Human Food Grade antioxidant is applied throughout the process line and finally the pellets are cooled down to 5°/10° C before packaging.

Shelf life minimum 24 months in dry, cold and dark environment.
Krill Palatability Enhancer Pellet

A powerful attractant and a good source of nutrients as well as a growth and health promoters.

Protein Concentrate (Hydrolysate)
Details:
Frozen Raw Krill* (Antarctic, E. Superba)
Details: with or without additive, 24 to 26 kg net weight of product per case, 2 blocks per case
 
 
Special Notes for Frozen Raw Krill:
- advance special order cut available, 8 blocks per case (3 kg each)
- additive is NaSO4 (basically salt, used as a preservative)
- product without additive should always be kept at -20 degrees C or colder at all times
- Sizing:
- 3L = No less than 30% of Krill to be no shorter than 50 mm (more than 60% may be shorter than 50 mm)
- LL (or 2L) = No less than 60% of krill to be 45 to 49 mm in length, L = No less than 60% of Krill to be 38 to 44 mm in length
- M = No less than 60% of Krill to be 30 to 37 mm in length (some years are larger in general, some smaller in general)
- Catch Times
- L and 2L usually caught in March and April
- M usually caught in Aug or Sept
- Fluoride: Shell of Krill 200 to 300 ppm of fluoride (almost same level as general fish bone and chicken bone), Meat of Krill 12 to 20 ppm of Fluoride (almost same level as soybean and as lobster meat)
- Box Dimension 24" in length, 14.25" in depth, 6" in height
Frozen Boiled Krill* (Antarctic, E. Superba)
Details: with or without additive, 24 to 26 kg net weight of product per case, 2 blocks per case
