Cooking Hints
1- Krill is high in water content so it is necessary to drain it well after defrosting and before cooking.
2- If you find the unique smell of crustaceans unacceptable, try using krill in combination with ingredients with strong flavours such as tomatoes and garlic.
3- Rapidly defrost and completely drain krill to remove the particularly strong taste and for ease of cooking.
4- Never overcook krill! It can result in hardening of the shells and
drying out the meat.
